I'll give you one example ..Defence Scotland's contribution is £3Bn but it only has £1.3 is spent in Scotland thus we have £1.7Bn added to our running costs. So the point I'm trying to get across is its totally ridiculous to ask how an Independent Scotland would deal with a £14Bn deficit because we would be in a completely different situation.
