Hearts are supposed to go through the SFA before starting court proceeding's but there is one caveat,they are allowed to submit their case on a time barred basis.
It appears if you are short on time you can go to the courts just in case the SFA dragged their heels and Hearts and Partick would run out of time to have their case heard
To be honest i know phuck all about all of this but the QC employed by the 8M Alliance obviously does.
