Talking of Hollywood, I suspect they won't include this game in their next episode.
Red Passion is an interesting read tonight.
I love post #113 with the comments about Mullin.

Didn't see or listen to the game today and haven't heard reports from my trusted sources, just checked the scoreline a little too regularly. So wonder who particularly impressed or otherwise?
No Ruben and JOB on the bench and win comfortably is great news with the big game just around the corner. How did Austin, Jones and JB do?
Wealdstone's manager post-match:
"They're the best team in this league, and I hope they go on and win it."

Thanks Matt, 2 out of 3 improved their stock then today?
I too hope RR absence was a precautionary matter. He'd be rather useful in North Wales.
I thought Palmer and Langstaff were great and as LW said Vinny and JOB were great when they came on...
Brindley looked like he'd never been away and Mair looked really good (he's got the jersey now I think)
IMO, the three u ask about weren't among our better performers, although Austin had very good moments and was the pick of the 3. A strange one was Chicksen who did more in his short time on the right than the hour he spent on the left...I think it's a minor worry, but the best form's in there somewhere
Austin deserved MOM for me, with Palmer just behind him. Jodi Jones was the only disappointment for me as well - seemed off the pace and struggled to get involved. And despite setting the league record today, Macca probably should have scored four.
Lovely to see Frank Vincent grab a goal today - what a great example of someone getting his head down and working hard to get back into the squad when his future looked bleak at the club. Delighted for him (loved his mazy dribbling down that left wing) and terrific management to never freeze him out.
So, we’ve had a good Friday. Now “all” we need win is a win at Wrexham for a happy Monday.
It’s funny how we see game’s differently but to me thought JB was excellent and the best player on the pitch for the 60 minutes he was on,he looked fitter and very sharp and him and Palmer dovetailed really well.
I think Monday he will start the two of them and add JOB in there to control the game and hopefully take the sting out of them with Ruben(if fit) for the creativity - think Nemane missed RR today.
Austin again was his usual energetic self and great finish for the first goal and will probably come on after 60 minutes Monday as Wrexham tire.
Chicksen will start on Monday but Vinny appears to be quicker and can go past players easier and another very good impact sub.
