Here's the scenario.. keep this out-of-his-depth numpty, sack him finally in November... and go down to L2.
The guy is a wassock - hinting about how he can't make the players play for him. I don't care if he isn't called it, he is paid to MANAGE them, not bleat and whinge like this.
