I think most fans might hope to see their team at least make the Qtrs or the Semis in big tournaments like these, and then at least they can say 'at least we made it to the last 8 or the last 4 etc' when we get knocked out!.
But as our wimmins footy team found out the other night, theres no appeal whatsoever to losing in the Semis is there. So Im hoping our Intl cricket team dont choke 'Yorkshire' style here and can with through this Semi - 1st knockout round.
Well it's the Aussies on Thursday in the semis at Edgbaston. Classic arch enemy cricket tie for a place in the final. Edgbaston is my favourite venue when England laik. Atmosphere is always top notch and it'll be rocking come Thursday tea time. Come on England, pretty please, let's stuff these fekkers

I had India as clear favourites for this one but as NZ showed early on in this tournament, they are definite dark horses now.
