That’s because they ain’t got a yank in the race.

Without all the data it's a tough call. I get why max wanted him to pass where he did and I get why Lewis didn't know what was happening. Reading this morning MV drifted to the right of the track. Then made 2 movements to the left. Before jamming on the brakes (2.6g brake pressure recorded) stewards gave him 10 seconds and 2 penalty points on his Race license.
I'm guessing if MV didn't make the 2 movements to the left Hamilton would have passed down the inside and nothing would have been said.
Lessons to be learned by race director. When dishing Out that type of penalty. Use open channel to both drivers.
Video with the date from both cars for the incident where LH ran into the back of MV. If anyone is interested

Well for those of us that follow this, what a great ending to a season. Verstappen took pole yesterday and now it's down to Hamilton to wrestle 1st place back off him. The stewards will be looking for everything and we don't want to see dirty tricks from either driver, definitely not a Senna/Prost finish!
Thanks to Red Bull and MV, they've made it a more competitive enjoyable season to follow. May the best driver win and here's hoping we don't see the safety car out today. Race starts at 1pm.
Lewis is evens.
Max is 11/10
The right tyres from the start are crucial. I expect some twists and turns.
Big talking point on the first lap turn 6. MV went for it which forced LH off the track but it put him in front.
Max needs a safety car to get close.
