One person in reply to my post stated that he had recently been speaking to John Bennett who told him that he (Bennett) had been at a presentation by John Nelms and Nelms stated that his new stadium development at Camperdown Leisure Park is a £250 million development.
Even if it is a $250 million development this equates to around £200 million based on current exchange rates.
They might not have known about the new rules until after the first Pre Application Notice meeting when Transport Scotland contacted them to state that the law had been changed regarding access from large car parks directly onto slip roads for roundabouts on the trunk road network.Quote:

In my opinion this site at Campy Nou would make an ideal training facility for Dundee Football Club with a large indoor training facility similar to the Regional Performance centre at Caird Park and outdoor training pitches.
This would solve the need to rent the Dundee University playing fields for first team training which happened last Wednesday morning when the players restarted training after their short winter break and having to rent the indoor facility at Caird Park due to inclement weather.
