It might be just an administration issue.

When they start to fill in the FA transfer registration forms and get to the player’s name section they see “Oluwasemilogo Adesewo Ibidapo Ajayi” and think sod it, we’ll sign Wilks instead

My Club would see that as a money maker and only permit you to have his full name on the back of the shirt .

£5 a letter and £60 for the shirt !!!
