He'll need to isolate for 2 weeks before he can join the rest of the squad if he does join up.
ha ha good point, its on theirs and nothing from our side https://www.deportivoalaves.com/noti...-dundee-united
I'm assuming that was Fuchs sake tongue in cheek lol...Not seen this lad but it's great news for him and it's also very good news for the club. Partly because we will get a fee of some sort but also because it's part of the business model that the new owners implemented and proof that it's working.
Obviously we want to keep young stars like Chalmers Robson Appere breaking through and seeing a reward for our investment in them through first team appearances but others will be sold at the right time to justify the investment in youth development and we have to accept that.
Hope the laddie goes on to great things.
Not entirely sure that's correct (not like you and I to disagree..😁)
For one we dont know if the player will be flying in from Spain, he might be elsewhere.
And although I don't know what the League and club protocols are it could be that he's tested on arrival at the club and quarantined for a few days until he takes a second test, and might then be cleared to train in the group and play assuming both tests were negative.
It's a Fuch sake in that we have spent time and money developing a guy and haven't even got to see the fruits of our labour on the park. Our business strategy is to develop players for the first team first & foremost, not to develop them and sell them before they even kick a ball. Disappointing but one of these things that happens now & then I guess.
