The reason managers are reluctant to give untried youngsters a run in their teams is because if it doesn’t work and the team loses, people like you will be calling for them to be sacked.

So Jake Hull is another Vardy is he? Oh dear. I tell you what, I'll ring MT and tell him gru off Millersmad thinks he's worth another look.

Have you seen him train or seen any of his games for Buxton last season? How about Guiseley the season before? He only got 7 games for Hartlepool when he was there. The only thing you've got is that he's 6ft 6 so you think that makes a good defender. You're guessing pal.

If he's good enough, he'll get his chance. We're not exactly flush with quality.

End of last season know Jan' window was abit of a panic unlucky with Morrison then Blackett but other players brought in apart from Hugill were type of players to get fans on the managers back Bailey Wright Leo Fosu Quina all weren't what we needed. So giving one of own players a chance rather than those 4 I think is less likely to get criticism from the millers fans. I'm not saying straight away in the 1st team at Stoke but give Hull a chance in the pre-season games & carabao cup.

How are a few friendly games and probably one or two carabao cup games any better than playing competitive football elsewhere? He's on loan for game time, to show what he can do, instead of sitting on his backside for half the season
