The thing is, a bunch of them are right. Flint probably is a year too long for a league above, Pym seems to do well in league 2 but fails in league 1 and you really can't be having strikers as defenders in league 1 if you want to progress, saying that, their only other alternative is Elliot Hewitt so probably the better option is to use a striker

This an example of one of the reasons why I like the way our club has recruited players so far because we appear to do so with an eye on if they would be able to do a job in the league above.
When we look at the side of undeniable heroes there were players who were able to play at the next level. Not everyone but enough to insure that we would not struggle or be in a relegation battle and risk coming straight back down. Everyone was given a chance to prove and show if they were capable of playing at a higher level. As it transpired not everyone was so strengthening of the squad was made this summer in particular where we were weak and that was defensive.
The club have also brought in players who are able or who have experience of playing in league one. Likewise some young players who in a year or two will improve and be able to play at that level as well.
