They've scored a couple more goals now to make the score line (4-0 at present) look respectable, and no doubt some will argue that all the passing has 'tired out the opposition' and is now getting its rewards, but I'm not sure I buy that. The gulf in quality between the two sides from the get go should be huge, and I'm sure we would be looking at something more like 7 or 8-0 if certain players had shown more courage on the ball earlier in the game.
Plus, as you say, it really is not 'entertaining football'. Quite the opposite, it's frustrating watching players gesture as though they're going to attack their defender, only to check and then pass back and sideways. Transport me back to the days when you regularly saw a full-back overlapping a winger and getting to the byline.
