He'll fit right in.
Even when things look like they're going right it's what's going to go wrong.
Even when things have gone right, we look for the next disaster.
I'm as guilty of this as anyone to myself but
I'm sure he already posts on here 😆

I personally think and hope this kid may surprise us all next season. If you look at the goals he got in Ireland you can see that he is a spontaneous player (which he proved on Saturday in the 19 minutes he had on the pitch). He can use both feet and head to score, can turn in crowded areas and looks a natural. He didn't get the name "Goal Machine" for nothing and yes he has a huge learning curve in front of him. However, he also has a surprise element about him and could shock a few people. We all wish him well and as we all trust Warney and our scouting team I ask you this question. Why did they give him a 4 year contract? Time will tell.
That's a great attitude, he's humble and has a mindset of self-improvement. He'll dedicate himself over the summer to making the most of the opportunity, and from what we've seen he could really take it.
I don't think he's giving anything away on Smudge, he just clearly looks up to him and expects him to achieve big things.
I forgot to mention, after the game at the weekend I was one of the first to rush onto the pitch and wrap my arms around him before introducing myself. And to my surprise, he looked up at me and said 'thank you. Thank you for raising the idea that I may be a dud. The extra determination today was for you and your reverse psychology'. So really, you lot should be thanking me too. Just doing my bit, don't mention it.
True story, honest. ;D
Work hard Georgie, and back yourself, you'll be fine fella.
What he needs to remember is one of the main things that most football fans want is effort and to show you’re trying your hardest.
If he does this every game then not many will get on his back. If he also keeps having a pop at goal then some should go in.
His touch should get better with game time. It’s the goal chances we’re he has too much time where he’ll have to get his mind right.
Not saying he’ll be good enough cos I don’t know but hopefully he does have a decent amount of natural ability and he puts the effort in 🤞
Maybe you should before you get the knock on the door..😋

I like the interview tbh. You can sense and tell the guy is intelligent and his 'Tyson Fury' presence on the pitch is far removed from the actual person. Patrick Bamford is another example and he hasn't done too bad! Modesty, honesty and vulnerability are qualities I admire...they provoke growth, improvement and introspection. Unfortunately, in a world where you only have to log onto 'Facebook' and see that everyone's 'avin iiit',untouchable and better than you,Georgie's interview may not be deemed to have a relevant place.
