Nobody even came close to suggesting that the ball boys (sorry ball persons) would make the decision.
As per Deecom's comment; at Tannadice, and at most other grounds, they're briefed in advance and at half time - most likely get messages passed during play too. Just doesn't seem to happen at Dens and we've seen them delay when they need to hurry and we've seen them hurry when they should delay.
