Having only just returned from hols I'm trying not to spoil my mood by discussing that crap........but quite how we've got enough midfielders to carpet the M1 yet not one of which is a 'sorter outer' or a 'nasty put em on their arse *******' or to use the modern lingo a 'defensive midfielder' to cover Thorne is beyond me??:mad:

Well we did deserve to win at least, didnt we ?
Slovakia's defensive attitude sucks and thankfully they didnt manage to hang on for a 0-0 this time, like they did against us in the Euros. Yes I know if we're near our best we would be beating these sort of teams easily but I was delighted with the win to be honest, even though it was hard to watch and theres obvious room for improvement.
