My minimum expectation is a win, secondary to that is a different formation.

I honestly don't care about the result in this game as long as whatever team he picks give it a go and work hard to earn their keep. A sustained Carabao (meh) Cup run might spread us too thin, so if we lose I'm going to shrug and hope that it means we won't get distracted from the PL survival push.
