You should be proud, too. I guess I’m correct in saying the average Bobby still doesn’t carry a gun? Obviously weapons are available if necessary.
I once got pulled over for speeding in South Carolina, the cop opened his door, hid behind it, pointed a gun at us, told us to get out of the car slowly, with hands above our heads. The ex and I just about sh*t ourselves.
Here in Ontario all the cops are armed, although they’re reluctant to pull the weapon from the holster unless it’s absolutely necessary. Apparently they have to fill out reams of paperwork to explain their reasoning. God knows what paperwork is entailed if they actually pull the trigger.
