I agree but the poster just didn't understand the principal of plagiarism and despite several warnings maintained an attitude and conviction that he wasn't doing anything wrong. This left myself as editor, the network and himself open to litigation from any of the authors of numerous threads started on this messageboard.Quote:

Excellent statement Bloomeram. However, one has to say that the continual breaches of forum rules was brought to Mods attention without action apparently being taken! This led to the frustration that in turn caused the disruption you refer to! The moral is that fair application of the rules must take precedence over a desire to make the large number of posts made by an individual, which appears to have been the case on this occasion, of greater importance to any breaches!! Then we all know where we stand!
