So what happens if a ST holder dies early into a new season or becomes severely handicapped and can't attend? From your remarks it would appear that the ticket would automatically be void and couldn't be transferred to another family member if the technicality of 'Not Transferable' was strictly adhered to. In reality scenarios like this must happen ......... and you say it would be plain wrong for the holder to decide who uses it when he can't? .......... Jesus wept man, I bet you didn't work in PR ... a shop steward perhaps? :?

I might help if you thought a bit before you typed. I didn't offer a personal opinion on what's right or wrong, I merely said that your statement "You pay for your seats pre-season which entitles you, or a person designated by you, guaranteed admission" was a load of bollox, which it is. It is complete and utter rubbish, and just something you've made up. I can't say it bothers me in the slightest if someone lends their ST to a mate, the more fans in the ground the better as far as I'm concerned, I was just correcting your error.

Spot on, I often think now after recent postings if people dream some of these comments up or if they live in a different world.

O.K. lets conclude this discussion with facts:

You were just correcting my error! Where's the error? It's what I decide regarding the ST - and providing I don't profit from it what's the problem....and why is it a load of bollox as you put it? You didn't offer a personal opinion on what's right or wrong ? Then why in post 9 did you conclude your remarks with " But the idea you can buy the seat and then decide who uses it is plain wrong". It seems to me that is a very personal opinion - don't you think.

Here's a similar case in point. You enjoy a modest bet on the horses, I enjoy the odd bet or as I prefer to call it - investment, in anything I can make a few quid on. In about a months time one of us will be parting with 25 notes dependant on certain political happenings. Personally I still think Theresa will hold out until then ...but we'll see. If you're a gambling man, here's an offer from me.

I have a betting slip from Mark Jarvis. I placed a £10 win double for both Notts and Forest to go up. WIth Notts at 3-1 and Forest 11-1 and I'm told the return will be well over £350 if this happens. Current league positions don't look too unfavourable at the moment - but could be better in a month's time/or worse. I'll offer you the slip for £20 which means I've made a 100% return and you the chance (better than the lottery) of a much healthier one.

Don't ever say we RW Tories don't think about helping others!

I thought I had highlighted your error pretty clearly - you said "You pay for your seats pre-season which entitles you, or a person designated by you, guaranteed admission". That is plainly WRONG. The terms and conditions of season ticket purchase state the ticket is for your use only and cannot be transferred to another person. Therefore your claim is 100% WRONG. Has it sunk in yet?

I've explained why it's a load of bollox above. You agree to the T&Cs on purchase, you can't just make your own rules up. You can of course break the rules if you wish, which I'm sure a lot do, and as I said earlier I don't personally have a problem with it as I see it as being more beneficial to the club to have an extra fan in the ground who might spend a few quid rather than an empty seat.

Wrong again - see above. It's the rules that say you can't buy a seat and then decide who uses it, not me. My personal opinion is also detailed above. Read it slowly and you should finally get it.
