Millers on verge of midfielder and striker deals

Yep sort of driving force we need in midfield now to take us up millertop. Upper championship quality as well.

Suppose the one good thing about it is that Burton would be unlikely to sell Palmer to a relegation rival that is Barnsley or would be daft if they did.

Serious I'd sell Taylor get a left sided player in progressive, right age go for it. Defence picks itself then Williams Palmer Vaulks Towell TBA; Lavery. I'm a gambler this would be no gamble. We'd blast our way out of this league. What we got to lose!

Two expressions that I have never heard in football are your "get a left sided in progressive". I don't know what it means. Do you mean a player who is "progressing" which would make slightly more sense.

The other one is that a player who has "scope'. Scope to do what? Or are you talking about a player with a stethoscope or telescope?
