Mcann had no previous managerial positions, so it was always going to be a gamble.
Plus the the fact he had to dump some of hartleys flops, Williams, Vincent, etc.
Of course he has made mistakes, but we have been playing some good football and I like his attitude and affinity with the club.
I'm looking forward to next season
