Call me crazy, but I wouldn't be that bothered if O'Connor, Jones and Duffy don't re-sign. Jones hasn't done enough for me and O'Connor is a gamble now. We can also do a lot better than Duffy.
I'd probably look to offload one of Hawkridge and Alessandra and give Noble until Xmas to prove that he deserves to be here.
Still need 2 fullbacks, 2 CB, 2 wingers and Mason Bennett.
