Can't see how he can claim constructive dismissal, he's culpable in mismanaging the club's finances and would have a hard time proving otherwise - likely outcome is a settlement to go away & STFU. There's also the small matter of no money at the club so any damages award is likely to be well below his expectations, but then again WTF do I know!
