The money is all legally distributed. Nobody says otherwise.
It just isn't paid to the club. It is PAID to 3rd party agents and management firms.
Not difficult to do and not illegal.
But the club doesn't benefit as "every penny generated" is filtered out before it reaches the manager!
He chokesthe club every way he can then builds the debt up even more.
