I agree it would ruin the kid putting him in now.
But, not for any of the reasons stated above
Don't think it would ruin him at all, quite the opposite in fact. He would still be playing mainly for the reserves, but also get a taste of the big time and will want more, thus fight even harder to improve every day. It has to be done with care and consideration of course, but introducing him to the first team slowly from now on would do him a world of good. In my opinion.Quote:
