I’d imagine Forest will be paying £4-5m compensation for the two managers they’ve got rid of since Lampard was appointed.

Mel, on the other hand, will be picking up a second lot of compensation within the last twelve months after appointing managers who remain in demand having enhanced their reputation with Derby.

You work out who’s the better Chairman. Good luck with Lamouchi...I’ll give him till bonfire night. ;D

O'Neill, might not be as much as you think. He came for a 2 year contract and said he would quit if things didn't go right.
So who knows.

As for the other guy, I haven't a clue.
I never wanted Karanka gone. Things were moving forward.

He said he would quit after 18months if he didn't get promotion not after 5months But always seemed a strange decision to give him the job in the first place

I concur.
I was fuming when they sacked Karanka(don't believe the he left crap)
O'Neill dragged the football backwards. We had spent months leaning to play 3/5/1/1 and it was good watch.

he went back to 4 4 2 playing to a useless lamp post up front and dropped our most creative player.
With the goal man injured it was awful.
