Great performance from Shankland, I wonder who was the last Utd player to score 4 goals in the one game.
Add to that,3 of which were headers!

Tremendous performance today. Superb by Shankland . Well done United and Robbie at last , what a difference.
There will be a few attempts to take him out this season. But he seems to be quite a hardy lad. Unlike many strikers we've had over the years. Take a bow Sandaza and Osman Sow.

It's more than just scoring four goals in one game, it's scoring four goals on his league debut. That might well be a first for a Dundee United player.
Well done to Robbie and the team. When i first seen Clark lined up on the left i wasn’t so sure but i thought he did well. Shankland gets the glory but i thought Appere was superb aswell. McMullan and Liam Smith never lost a 50/50 all match! Centre halfs also did everything that was asked of them. All in all a very good start, however a long way to go and if we can back it up with a good result next week then that is a proper show of intent!
Think Andy gray scored 4 against Dumbarton early 70's played in afternoon. Time of power cuts if memory serves me well. Think we got a penalty and he missed it. But nae sure. Far better today. Hope its sign of things to come. Up the terrors!
