No it has never closed down Brin just over time a lack of funding and new ways of treating people who are mentally ill has just seen a year on year decrease. I'm not aware of any safeguarding issues at the hospItalian I'm talking about.
I work with Children and some really desperately ill kids are having to stay in the family home. Kids with things like Catatonia which needs lots of skilled people involved to help these kids. I meet families all the time who are in total crisis and just cannot get the help or their kids end up in some really nother nice or suitable places. I could tell you some horrible stories, it's really sad.
