Have they BT, news to me, but I don't watch the news much these days so I may well have missed it. The last thing I read said the clubs 'hoped' to start again on June 8th but I know nowt of any government plans, what am I missing ?

Bloody hell sinkov, I have already told you the government are prioritising the EPL and will aid the EPL to incarcerate hundreds of professional footballers in hotels, not to mention thousands of support staff in the form of coaching teams, medics, caterers, match officials, drivers, TV crews, journalists, ball boys etc just to appease their mate Murdoch and SKY.
SD is already on record saying, "We will have to go with the flow".
I did my neighbour's overgrown garden a few months ago because he was knacked with a bad back. He had just bought a new car and in the boot was a full complimentary valeting kit. He gave it me for helping him sort out the jungle.
It's like Pandora's box, there's all sorts in it, but the one I like is the tyre wall blackener. The Child Bride's and my two are so spick and span the neighbour with the bad back has offered me a tenner to valet his car and twenty quid to do his garden again.
I'm only really interested in swapping the tyre wall blackener for 59er's lump of whale vomit. Perhaps you have helped me discover 59er's "Deal Breaker" after all sinkov?
Regarding the government's pre-supposed "Football is Back" plans, the article I mentioned is now superseded by a ragbag of assorted nonsense.
The bottom line is twenty EPL clubs want to get their hands on the SKY Wonga, so health considerations are now looking to get jettisoned in favour of the SKY lucre.
Watch this space.
The strange thing about it all is that players like Aguerro, who knows that they will not become champions, speaks out against playing as do players and officials who are in danger of relegation. Who knows what the real feelings are?
As you say, BT, they all want the Sky money but......................
We could all take a lesson from Greggs who will be opening 20 shops next weeks...behind closed doors with no customers.

The French top league has been abandoned thhis season with PSG being awarded the title (12 points clear) but issues around relegation, European places and the domestic cups still to be decided.
I reckon the Prem will restart behind closed doors but the rest of our leagues will be abandoned. Which will probably mean Leeds, WBA and Fulham will be promoted.
I don't understand why part of the 'Plan' is to play the games at 10 neutral grounds.... That means that both sets of clubs will have to travel along with all of the associated Kit, staff and officials.
