My good friend who is in his late 60s and lives in Melbourne, with no medical problems at all, told me yesterday that he and his wife are only allowed out for 1 hour each day and that heavy fines are being imposed.

It is good to see that, when we imposed deportation all those years ago, we must have included some of the lunacy.
