BL00DY plastic pitches

There's a lot of things not right with Scottish football and I would say plastic pitches probably in the top 5. Imo they should be allowed below Premiership but if you want promotion you need to lay grass.

Thing is, like a lot of these things who's doing anything about it? Sweet FA. How do you go about changing that, presumably a resolution put forward by one club that needs 11-1 Vote? Or is it a "SPFL management" decision that doesn't need a vote? Its a total disgrace.

I had heard that. They wanted to follow the Hamilton model. That is team with barely any fans kept up by home advantage of plastic 😡

Did you see Killie’s fourth goal? Their first one wasn’t bad either.

Sure I heard on radio last week that Livingston had won something like 2 of their last 30+ games on grass. No doubt teams playing on plastic learn to adapt their game. That pitch on Sat was slowing down even short basic passes.

If we allow plastic pitches we should ensure they are of highest quality not 3G p!sh - my local rugby club has a better surface .... for the colts!!!

We need to ban plastic full stop!

There is not benefit to the elite players to have to deal with all this

It’s used to keep poorer sides up when they don’t deserve it

Sadly it will probably take an old firm player to be injured badly on plastic before the SFA sit up and take some action

If the 11-1 rule applies to this then Kilmarnock, Livingston nor Hamilton are going to vote to get rid of them.
