The obnoxious tw@t has the answer in his own hands, put his money where his mouth is, buy a football club and put a black manager in charge.

I find this proposition that racism is stopping black managers get work simply laughable. The people owning football clubs are in it simply and purely for the money, they must be amongst the most avaricious *******s on the planet, and they don't give a FF who manages their teams, or the colour of his skin, as long as they're winning. If any of them thought a black manager would win them more games than a white manager, they'd appoint him, 100%, every time. Club owners are colour blind as far as managers are concerned, the only colour they see is the colour of money.
