Have to agree, I don't know for sure, but there are few signs on the pitch that he is a master coach, it certainly hasn't given us and advantage having a player/coach on the pitch, which one thought it might do, if only to remind the players what the tactics are!

These things take time, EFL have approved it, if the media are to be believed so presumably the lawyers and finance guys are now earning their wedge, could take a couple of weeks at least.
