The subject was inflammatory. Such things have no place on a MM football board.

What does it matter what orientation a person is?

It’s as incendiary as racism.

I had drafted a reply by which time the article had been (rightly) taken down.

I’m not sure it was offensive to ***uality. It was more about our ignorance to what was obvious when we were young(er)

Closing now. I gave my reason why I deleted the original thread. Feel free to vote me out of the house if anyone else wants to have a crack at moderating but I think I've been pretty reasonable (not perfect) over the 15 years I've been doing it.
