A tricky one.
1. Beating West Ham 4-1 to win the League Cup. The first trophy I had seen us win
2. Beating Blues in the FA cup semi final (Brown and Astle)
3. 48 hours later beating Man U 6-3 (Astle 3)
4. Winning the FA cup not long after
5. Beating the up and coming glamour boys of Chelsea 2-1 in FA cup 6th round (Brown and Astle). I felt so high after that game that I was convinced we were going to win the cup again.
6. The Oldham game which I don’t think can be beaten for atmosphere
7. Coming back fro 0-3 to win 4-3 at West Ham
8. The Palace game.
More no doubt.

5. Going to Wembley for 1970 League Cup Final (even though we lost)
6. Johnny Giles transforming us as player-manager
7. The whole 1978-79 season
8. Regis & Cunningham
9. Taking my Lads to The Shrine as season ticket holders when they were 9 years old, same age that I first went in 1968
