There are many sticks to hit Brice with, but the signing of joelinton is akin to the signings of Xisco and Nacho, and I guess Rivierre and Perez. the club made those signings... not a great success rate other than Perez.

Agreed that Mick but all I was pointing out was that there would have been £40 million available for Pep to avoid being in a relegation scrap.
The comparison is still between C'heed and Pep irrespective of who wanted the £40million wasted. I'm sure Pep would not have allowed that to be spent on Mighty Joelinton when he would have had the ability to bring many others here for a lesser price.
Then Pep would not be here...
As Rafa isn't.... Rafa refused to stay, one of the reasons being his budget was being spunked on a £40m flop..
Rafa also didn't want Saint Maximin, so maybe a tiny bit of credit for the Corbridge cabbage for accepting that one....
If you use stats to compare managers, Bruce is THE WORST to have ever been allowed to stink out the division over the past 15 yrs or so...
Comparison ends there... he doesn't even compare favourably against Anal Parsnip or Woy or Fat Sham...
He is useless, we all know it, but he sings his bosses tune, so we are lumbered.
