I start welling up every time I think of the poor little man.

Absolutely heartbreaking story.

Some people are just pure evil.

What I cannot get my head around is how they fed their other dependant children but subjected him to such cruel and wicked treatment, I read a book "A Child Called It" a long time ago and it has parallels to this although he escaped & authored it. Many people raised concerns and those that should have stepped in failed him, the system is broken.
