I don't know where the sources for this have come from but it must be an alternative universe. Why would he swap Blackburn, who are flying, for a club in the state that we find ourselves in? Absolute non starter.

If I remember correctly, when RDM got sacked by Chelsea he was asked whether he’d take the West Brom job again.. to which he replied by saying: in the past he’s had partners but would never go back to them despite having loved his time with them.
Surely Mowbray be daft to come back, as much as I like his football he had his flaws and i’d rather see a new manager with flaws (while learning) than an established one. We all know Mowbray enough to pick out his flaws and we’d only be blaming ourselves if he repeats them here again. A no from me.
All you sensible think with your head types are ruining this for us XD
I lost patience with Mowbray at the end and wasn't bothered about him leaving for Celtic.
But fan's fail to see that Peace made his job untenable.
He was told he could only have a squad of twenty player's and that he could have no say in any incoming or outgoing players.
Peace couldn't sack him because he was popular with the fans, so he made his job impossible.
All of those demands were forgotten once Di Matteo took over.
Would I want him back?
Don't think so, his football was great to watch but he is a miserable looking old sod.
