A nobody like Simon Jordan is just trying to make himself relevant. And is not worth the words.
Just the word "cunt" is all that is needed to summarise him succinctly.

He's started his new role

Crack on and sign Ekitike, Paqueta, Diaby, Henderson, Lodi and Botman please Dan! :D
I see Steve Bruce has given himself the credit for the takeover, He said
"I stabalised the club in the premier league"
I think Dan has been doing some work for us while on gardening leave. I can't imagine him sat doing nothing, knowing he would eventually come here.
... and here was me just thinking that the word 'Fan' is short for 'Fanatic' which eludes to the devotion and commitment (blind faith if you will) to our club, to our city, to our people who call themselves part of the Geordie Nation.
We have had the rough end of a sh!tty stick all of my life save for a Brief period from my late ****s until my mid twenties (kk & SBR). Yet we have show a level of knowledge, patience and dignity as much as possible, however there is a limit and we reached it in about 15 mins or 10 pints of Cashley turning up.
I have tuned out of everything from the mainstream media, I watch only NUFC related podcasts.
Yes that is an echo chamber, however I have a life time of experience of what the rest of the country and the media think of us, our city (thanks Geordie Shores - a real low in terms of Geordie Dignity. I always thought it should have been Mersey Shores but the nation just loves to put the boot into Geordies to Howay they'll take another kick in the teeth) & our devotion to the team who play at the Cathedral on the hill.
Now is our time.
Man U are over, Arsenal are over, Chelsea are following the Arsenal model from here on in, City have provided the blueprint of how we get back to where were in the mid '90s - mid 2000s. Had NUFC been managed correctly through out the last 3 decades we would have built on our European success and become the powerhouse we all know we should be.
Forget those clowns, they are all click bait muppets.
Great stuff, Raga...especially the bit about if we'd been run properly.
Well, now we are.
Big 6, top 4? We are COMING for yas! >:)
With the greatest of respect to Man City and Chelsea (the former having a great period of success in the 70s & latter being more of a traditional force in the prem in the early days) neither club has the global fan base of NUFC and quite frankly, in the bigger picture of English football since day dot, were footballing 'also rans' compared to NUFC who prior to their billionaire buyouts were the 7th most successful club in English history.
Sadly that history is prehistoric as we are all well aware. Nowt domestically since 1955, no league since the 1920s and just Joe's boys from '69 bring in the Euro bacon was still more significant achievements than the two blue teams.
So despite the criminal way the club has been run pre & post halls/sheppard period we have still managed to float along in the top two divisions.
As you mentioned Zip-a-dee-dooo-dah WE ARE COMING FOR YA'Z. Has-beens and football corporations stand no chance against the Geordie Nations.
A side note, I live in the gulf for 7 yrs and the Saudi's are very tribal as are the Qatari's. So I think it's a perfect match as we Geordies are a completely different tribe to the rest of British people. Chelsea are faceless blank of a club. City had character but just don't seem to have retained that charm they once. Neither sell out their pokey stadiums.
We are going to struggle for tickets even at 80,000 - 90,000 should be manage to extend the ground to that capacity.
Dunno if anyone else has noticed the MSM are not reporting us being serious contenders for the likes of Nunez but the Munich poor pilots are supposed to be nailed on for him??? Why would anyone want to join that toxic waste dump of a team? They aren't even in the UCL.
There has even been mention that NUFC have a better chance of winning the league &/or UCL before Man U win it again. Which I find hilarious and exciting at the same time.
Arsenal proved what we can be when they came to SJP for our last home game and the crowd terrified them. The toon army and the entire Geordie nation are a huge worry for the clowns of fleet street and the Corrupt 6.
This dynamic shall only worse transfer window by transfer window as we bolt on more and more top top quality to the squad.
Mint init! haha
Good interview with Dan Ashworth if anyone's interested:
