I think we need to keep Brownhill as well Army, he could be a pivotal player for us this season. I don't think we can replace him if he goes, it would be one outgoing too many for me. I agree he'll look better in a team with lots of possession, but we couldn't have lots of possession in the PL, Dyche's players simply weren't good enough at that level to keep it. So we're sort of dancing round the head of a pin on this one.

My latest 'Feck the Frogs' English wine find is Simpsons Estate Chardonnay from Waitrose. Sometimes Chardonnay can be a bit too oakey for me, especially the froggy ones. Not this one, it's a cracker, highly recommended. :)

It is a bit pricy Chris, most English wines are, but I've poured enough £5 rubbish down the sink in my lifetime that I don't mind paying a bit more now. I'm drinking more and more English wine, especially the sparkling stuff which they can't call Champagne. Sadly, despite all my efforts when we lived in France, to persuade her that Crémant De Limoux was an acceptable substitute, Mrs S has become an expert on Bubbly, a serious expert, and she tells me, and all our French friends, that Nyetimber and Gusbourne especially, produce as good as or better 'champagne' than anything the French can, at a similar price.

Poured enough down the sink:?I haven;t done that,it usually goes down my neck.However "Naked Wines" have got a fairly decent selection
now.It's just a case of trying to remember which ones I enjoyed when I make my next order.

I have a running deal with a guy at Virgin Wines, he sends me 16 bottles for £105.00 delivered.

I buy 8 reds and 8 whites blind, all are listed at more than a tenner individually on the Virgin website.

Impossible to beat IMHO.

I like the Chateau Brownhill. An excellent Claret. Hope he sticks around in our vineyard.
