No way should they have postponed. Minutes of silence, followed by rapturous applause, across the country at 3 pm, is far more poignant than wallowing in false self-pity, and crying on social media. Everyone trying to out-care the next.

I agree. It would have been much more poignant, and a chance for fans across the country to express their appreciation. However, the motivation was sincere. We sometimes do the wrong (imho) thing for the right reason. That's what really counts. xx
