Rather have Jonno Greening therefore at Scarborough who has done a brilliant job. He’s one of our own too

The problem of employing one of your own is they go from hero to zero very quickly like Darren Moore and it always ends in a bad way, the biggest problem at the club is the management at the top level if we employ an inexperienced coach he needs some help from a director of football or someone like that we don't have enough football people at the level.
I think its like a breath of fresh air to think lower league managers are under discussion, Whether it be Michael Schumacher. Who remembers Ron from Cambridge? Mind ya I doubt the board will have the nerve to appoint a left of field manager. Probably be another bloke who has a relegation or a sacking on his CV.
I don't have a problem with a lower league manager who has done something and I admired the way Warne worked wonders at Rotherham (hopefully he'll flop at direby though).
However, given our players I can easily see some of them dismiss the wrong lower league manager with a shi t attitude of "who are you".
The likes of Nathan Jones works miracles at clubs like Luton where they basically have to rebuild every season because of the short contracts their players are on and therefore they lose (Kal Naismith as an example), but when they go to a club like Sjoke the likes of Joe Allen take the pi so out of them because they've done nothing in the game or ask what have you won. They can't handle them and they can't get rid of then because they are on massive long contracts. Rowett had the same problem there.
Some of you lot should be ashamed, slating a potential manager / coach before you have seen him. If you must know Schumacher is highly regarded by the people who know best the Plymouth fans. As for some of you I don’t think you know who you want because everyone mentioned you seem to dislike. I really think you should sit down and think if you support the Albion or not because all you want to do is knock them. True supporters would get behind the club at this important time, not sit on your a***s having a go at everything Albion.
If we're going to be looking at managers from lower divisions, should we not consider Danny Cowley from Portsmouth?
I've always been of the opinion that we should go for an up and coming young manager with enthusiasm and a vision for the future., We've been down the 'managerial merry-go round' route and it hasn't worked. We need to take our time over this appointment as it!s absolutely important that we get it right this time. Let's not rule out Beale either, that's if he wants the job as he seems happy being in charge of our youngsters.
It’s a forum with differing views you daft p rick!
I have only missed the reading away match so besides been to every ground. Have you?
I don’t give a flying f uck what Plymouth supporters think! Hope their thoughts are better than those who thought Val was the second God Almighty in Barnsley who were a division higher!
Idiot!
Don't see anything wrong in looking at potential managers from lower leagues if they fit the bill and are younger and hungrier than the dinosaur ones we have had to endure lately but, whilst I'm not sure whether he really wants the job full-time, there may be no need to rush too quickly if Beale can continue as he started with help from Mozza, Brunt and Walsh.
Absolutely spot on
Predictable response, angry and abusive
I think I sit near this person in the ground
It’s a real shame he’s not able to run the club top to bottom
Oh and it all went very quiet when Philips scored on Saturday
Also very predictable 🙄
