It's an electric oven but i understand where you're coming from.

I'm a faster so flip between OMAD (One Meal a Day) and sometimes two meals a day. So i keep a fasting window primarily for health reasons but it saves energy too which is a bonus

Fasting is good for your health and It’s the only diet that (occasionally) works for me!

Aye, same here. My mother says she's "starving" if she misses breakfast......she'd sh!t herself if she knew i did a 16 day water fast last year! XD

Fasting being beneficial is about the only thing the worlds religions can actually agree on

The Roman's ate one meal a day for part of their history apparently

We haven't evolved to cope with this food abundance and eating so frequently. Half a billion people with Type 2 diabetes in the world and that's only people who have been diagnosed. Quite shocking when you think about it
