Are they more ruthless though? I know we bemoan their last minute winners but at the same time best case they are 3 points ahead of us if they win their game in hand. In my opinion it’s not that they are more ruthless/doing better by getting more last minute winners than us, but more the case they're getting in a pickle needing these goals.

It’s not so much Wrexham, but our big weakness in comparison with past promotion winning Notts teams is that we rarely if ever get late winners in tight games. Not surprising since we’re pretty sh!t at set pieces and that’s often where late goals come from.

The fact that they’ve struggled to beat a team on a run of 6 defeats is promising though.

Ruthless at both ends. People on here over the course of the season have ridiculed Tozer, but I believe he is the head it Kick it merchant that would stop us conceding some of our sloppy goals which have cost us so far.

I don’t really see it, our records to date are virtually the same but with differing styles. We don’t just boot it, the pros are most of the time we retain possession and take pressure off and build another attack, the cons when it goes wrong it looks awful and stupid. At the moment there’s no difference in the end result, which is positive considering their budget.

A last minute winner for Wrexham brings Notts fans negativity where as that doesn’t go in and this board would be alight with positivity.
Driller Pie is right they won’t get them winners in all games and after a sapping February let’s see where they are.
There is still a long way to go yet we are the best footballing side in the league and now more than ever we have to believe and also understand that Wrexham are vulnerable.

Negativity...From who?

As much as it hurts I think that you must give Wrexham their due they are very good at grinding out results, they score to many late winners for it to be put down as luck, you have to be on the attack to score & they tend to throw everything at the opposition in an attempt to get the points whereas we just keep plugging away. I haven't given up on the Championship but do believe that we will have to at least match what we achieved in the 1st half of the season, very difficult but not impossible & I still believe that we are good enough to do it but we might have to learn how to chuck the kitchen sink at teams to turn 1 point into 3. COYP
