Was that the guy that resigned after the sheriff branded him an unconvincing witness.

Think we are on a winning topic here. Come and explain your issues and get some positive ideas to fix things. Just look at the calibre of the posters on here! Absolutely guaranteed to be without political bias. Arbroath Road concept is a disgrace. Local shops depend on these free short stay parking spaces and they need support to tell our councillors that they are getting advice which is coming from the Green lobby. Perth Road is another busy street that needs these free short stay car parking spaces.
Last December I sent an email to Councillor John Alexander and his reply contained several spelling and grammatical errors.
I replied thanking him for his prompt reply and suggested to him that he checks his emails for any spelling and grammatical errors before he hits the send button.
Councillor Alexander replied stating thank you for your advise.
I replied that I am always happy to give advice.
In my opinion this is a poor show from the leader of Dundee City Council.
The Dundee City Councillors especially the SNP and Green councillors could not give a toss about the local residents as they are told what to do by their leaders at Holyrood. Meanwhile SNP and Green MSPs are told which way to vote at Holyrood even if it is detrimental to the people and businesses in their constituency.
Last week the Labour MSPs at Holyrood put forward a motion which if passed would have given compensation to the local businesses affected by the current Calmac ferry crisis.
The SNP and Green MSPs all voted against the motion including Ms Jenni Minto who lives on Islay and is the SNP MSP for Argyll and Bute.
She will have a job explaining to the owners of local businesses on Islay why she voted against this motion when she returns back home to Islay after the Scottish Parliament goes into recess for its summer holidays at the end of this month as her voting was highlighted in the Islay Community Facebook site.
