Sadly, the top teams are already separated enough. Not like any further separation. They just replace group stage with some “league” stage with 36 teams where they play 8 matches, call it day and say this is final table after 8 rounds.
Then they all proceed to usual knockout stage.

Certainly going to be alot tougher this season.

I see that BBC have us down to finish 7th/8th.

If we can finish top 5 that will be fantastic.

If we finish 8th and still in Europe after Christmas I think that would be a good season for us. We punched above our weight last season it was deserved but but not expecting Liverpool and Chelsea not to be at the races this season
