It does admittedly seem a little arbitrary...but your citing of Derby, Portsmouth and Bolton as likely to have just ‘been sent a strongly worded email’ seems curious seeing as I think I’m correct in saying that those three clubs are amongst the most heavily punished in EFL history.Quote:
