Pre season generally means nothing.
The problem we’ll face this summer is not being able to play at the Lane while the pitch is being improved. No Premiership/Championship side will want to play us at home unless it’s a behind-closed-doors game at their training ground - like at Leicester a few years ago. We’ve played away against Cambridge and Shrewsbury in recent years, so hopefully we’ll get at least one League 1 side in one of the free Saturday slots (July 20, Aug 3).Quote:
