I agree Swiss-that quote about having the best girl in town was cringeworthy.What was he thinking.
He bought into VK`s smoothtalk hook,line and sinker.The little merchant banker devil in him surfaced though and got VK to sign a longer deal so at least we ended up with compo.Then again £10m hardly makes up for the £100m plus he handed over to VK to splurge on what has to be said are for the large part duds.

oh please not Frank. There must be a better choice; somone with connections to find young players etc and will play in the style that will suit this team.

With respect, I keep on hearing and reading this sort of rubbish CiB: Trafford, Amdouni, Berge, Odobert and Koleosho would bring in the thick end of £80 million with their eyes shut.

I cannot see a problem, I really can't. ;D

You could be right BT.I was talking about Tresor,Delcroix,Al Dakhil,Obafemi,Foster,Redmond and Amdouni.I fail to see how anybody would be willing to pay good money for Amdouni after last season.Koleosho is crocked.

I rather like Al-Dakhil CiB, I think there is a really good centre-back in there given a proper chance. Redmond's gone, Tresor might decide to show up sometime, Amdouni has admirers in Europe, and if Der Kaiser has anything about him Foster will soon be on his way to Bavaria.

Koleosho will be fit to terrorise Championship defences by August by all accounts. As for Delcroix and Obafemi they are anybody's guess.
