We have ignition.
It's simple really. Let's have two categories in sport: 'female' and 'open'. Then anyone, however they identify can take part in sports.
It's not the job of women to validate someone else's wants, not in sport, not in hospital wards, not in r a p e crisis centres, not in prisons, not in loos, not in changing rooms.
That is a quite simple and reasonable "compromise", but it will not wash with the Liberal/Woke/LGBT?????? people in this Country, they want the normal folk to be bullied into accepting that anything goes.
I really do feel for the girls/women that have put everying they have into their chosen sport the it's whipped from under them by blokes that are not good enough to compete on the level field with their own gender.......men.
Aaaaaaand LIFT OFF.
The key to transgender is how THEY identify. If you have a women’s category and a transgender now identifies as a woman, they essentially qualify as a woman. Whether that’s right or wrong (I won’t give my opinion on it due to it likely to cause offence or breach forum rules) is deemed irrelevant. So, how do the relevant authorities protect women who were born female without being discriminatory? This is the key dilemma for the authorities.
I don’t buy in to men having gender reassignment to have a better chance in sport, surely no man is that desperate to go through gender reassignment for a chance at a short term career?
Sounds like a load of ballcocks or not - (whatever the case may be)
